From a background in HR and Recruitment, Jamila loves people and HR hence why she joined TCM to help pave the way to make HR more People & Culture led. Jamila is driven by a passion for equality, fairness, and justice, and she believes that work should be a place where people can find not just employment but inspiration.

Jamila finds inspiration in meeting new people, understanding their unique stories, and learning from their experiences. Outside of work, you’ll often find Jamila exploring new places, whether in the great outdoors, trying new cuisines, or travelling to new places.
